It's a question that's been burning my synapses for a long time...

It's just an observation I've always pondered on throughout the last 15 yrs I've been in and out of the biz. These encounters are just my own personal opinions, and not a blanket statement towards all the men in the scene. However 99.9% seem to be just right...

Why are they all broken spiritually? They all have emotional and mental issues? At times socially inept and let's not go there regarding intimacy, my god...what is wrong with y'all?

No, I don't buy that! Granted, the scene borderlines entertainment and hospitality. Yes, you have to have tough skin, a strong mind and not be easily influenced. Yes, you have to be charismatic and always outgoing to be the life of the party, etc, etc...

Nonetheless, you're telling me there aren't rational minded folk whom bartend, deejay, emcee, member of a live band, security, promote and try to lead normal lives?

All I'm asking is the interpersonal relationships to improve!

I'm sure that number is way higher and I'm not going to sit here and act like I'm always on point. Back in the day I was a bitch and got off on hurting and treating people like shit. Maybe my karma has come back to cash in it's chips?

I just want them to confront it with a sincere and honest approach, especially if a confidant and capable woman is willing to help you through the process. Don't push us away or intentionally sabotage an interaction, b/c you're not able to handle it.
