| CoolJunkie | It really depends one what is going on. If it is something like dumping refuse out the back door, go to code compliance. If it is a noise complaint, call the Popo, but don't use the emergency number. If you have been inappropriately harassed or abused by the staff, call a lawyer. If you have some complaint about bad service, call the management of that club. If they won't let you in because you are a douchebag, call your mommy. So, really, what's the story? What's this all about?
