1. confusion over the permits
2. bad marketing
3. paid too much for EM thus passing huge costs to the clubbers
4. Paid too much for EM in too tiny of a club thus passing the cost to the clubber
5. Charging way too much in the pre-sale when Guetta is down the street
6. No patio
7. EM plays here all the time
