Help!

Ok Kiddies...it sucks to post this but....


After living alone for the past 8 years...I am in need of a roommate. I am looking to move out of my one bedroom and get a 2/2 with someone in the Palm Beach area. I am not in any rush as I can move at anytime without penalty as long as I give a 30 day notice.

I currently live in Boca and would like to stay in this area as that is where my work is located. The preferred candidate would be:

1) Male (or an un-frilly girl)

2) Doesnt smoke

3) Small pets ok but NO CATS!!!!

4) FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE!!!


If you are interested or know someone who might be, please PM me. As I said I am in no hurry so most everything can be negotiated.

LMAO!!! Trust me...sleeping with roommates is NEVER a good thing.;

Im a dog person...cant stand cats (especially the hair that they leave behind on all of your clothes and furniture).

Thats right Dogs rock...I like cats (and almost all animals) but dogs fuckin have the best personality...I love my dog to pieces he is like my child....and he is treated like one too.

yeah....that's a little different. 7 of any kind of animals is really weird.
