Howard Stern has anounced today that after the 15 months left oh his Viacom contract he will leave radio and has signed on to sirruis satellite for 5 years.
cnbc is all over this story as he is too when he broke it this morning. the stock has soared already.
i love it! it is the future of radio. uncensored and so many freaking stations. i dont have it as of yet but my sister does and it has soo many including a great classic rock one, many 80's, 70's 60's music ...edm station is ok. but has soo much room to grow. i even love a lot of talk news stations and comedy ones giving stand up acts.
on a road trip it is soooo essential.
was wondering how much of an impact this will make and how it will change the face of radio for ever. pretty exciting stuff 8) |
