Very interesting indeed! I've always been on the fence when it comes to creating my music. I'm not one for using samples, but don't see it as a problem - with the proper clearance. I would say that at least 80 to 90 percent of todays dance music is created using some sort of sample from someone elses work - whether it is a single drum beat to a full loop like the one in the movie. It's doubtful the guys who created this loop would file suit to recoup anything from copyright infringement, but what would happen if they did? ....mmmm! ~Dennis www.soulxpres.com
