After a string of successful releases on labels such as Plus 8 and a well received remix of Ito and Star’s 'Sudoko kid' on Leftroom Ltd, we thought it was time for this pair to have a full ep on Leftroom.
Eary support from:- Laurent Garnier, Lee Burridge, Craig Richards, Paco Osuna, Konrad Black, Bill Patrick, Adultnapper , Stryke, Andre Crom, Massi DL, DJ Three, Jeremy Caulfield, Jerome Pacman, Ali Perc, Angel Molina, Mark Henning, Worthy, Luca Bachetti, James Talk, and Dean Muhsin.
ANTIOXIDATION
The ep starts with an out and out techno fiesta, this is Delano and Xpansul firing on all cylinders. From the initial opening beats and the immediate introduction of the Kraftwerk style melodies, the underlying distortion and percussion of the track just doesn’t let go until the very end.
ALVEDON A.M.
This one is straight for peak time dancefloor attention. The immediate growl rises and falls over a relentless yet funky groove reminiscent of the Spanish minimalists of Alex Under and Damian Schwartz. This though has more of a subtle feel and the haunting stabs and fast jazzy keys twist the track right up your street.
VITAMIN B COMPLEX
To start off with there is a shuffling late night groove but the offbeat percussion introduced into the background soon disrupts proceedings. The track is now turned into a wonky dancefloor track that will definitely appeal to the masses. With a few repeated, twisted stabs, an unsettling groove is created that still keeps the audience attention from beginning to end.
