runs around 120 beats per minute (BPM) and uses a 4/4 time
sequence and an eight bar repeating cycle. The beat is
maintained by a heavy kick drum that alternates in a 1-3 pattern
with a high hat accent. Like its disco roots, house often
features vocal choruses, real instrumentation, and a more
traditional song structure."

Nicky Siano is a pioneer of the dance music scene in the early
seventies. He inspired and launched the careers of Grace Jones,
D.C. La Rue, Loleatta Holloway, Larry Levan and Frankie
Knuckles. His recent party at TWELVE WEST, 1999-2002, was
heralded by New York Magazine, The Village Voice, Time Out,
Hx, Next, Flyer, DJ Times and Paper Magazine as the party of
the year. He plays regularly, touring and at home, and he
continues to be a regular topic in the press.

In just three years, AUTOMAGIC has produced tracks on
Captivating Records, vocal house projects on Definity,
Chillifunk, and Buzzin Fly; licensed to Classic in the U.K.,
Time in Italy, and other labels in Europe, Japan, and
Southern Africa. It's no doubt that AUTOMAGIC is making
TRACKS in the industry.

Most excited about their latest project - "Smoking It", is the
first release on Nicky Siano's new label, INSPIRA RECORDS.

DJ WILL

DJ Will, aka William Lynn, comes from Austin,TX and started
DJing at 14. He has DJ'd all over New York since 1992, and
frequently guest spots around the world. In AUTOMAGIC, Will
focuses on musical concepts, beats, layers of sound, and spaces
in sound, giving his compositions new meaning on the dancefloor.

BRYAN WRIGHT

Bryan Wright hails from Los Angeles and started DJing in
Manhattan in 1989. He plays regularly at a club called
Hollywood. He is AUTOMAGIC'S primary lyricist, a technology
freak, he uses audio tools to suit AUTOMAGIC'S other worldly
soundscapes. He is the recording engineer at AUTOMAGIC'S
sessions.
