Those are really good tips! I totally agree with brs3rkr in relation to alcohol: if you drink too much you won't survive the whole week, as the night when you are drinking might seem like lots of fun but the following day you feel like shit! and if you spend the whole week doing this you will end up crashing much sooner! Last year I survived just drinking lots of water, eating protein bars, trying to eat proper meals at some point and just letting myself go into the music!!! Because to me WMC is all about the music!!

WAOOoooOO! THANK YOU GUYS !! As now i been goin out to dance for 4 hrs straight non stop ...drinking red bull give me lots of energy but the next day all my body hurts aouch!! ![]() Las set i went was Sharam and I was on the floor 31/2 hrs non stop >> I had before hand some big protein shake ![]() Anyway the only thing Im afraid is when i go to ULTRA will search me and will take away all my snacks !!! So I guess I have to go and get some more to make it trough the night !!!While the muzik is playing i dont need anything !!! The next day is when i feel the pain.... |

are ins and outs allowed for ultra? i would hope so seeing as it is one long ass party during the day/evening and if i am stuck in there having to pay for overpriced food and booze, i will not be a happy camper. i will drink my weight in booze before i enter the place if they dont want me to leave, and believe me, thats just trouble for them.

Get some rest. Brkstr saying a four nap or two is good. Stay hydrated especially if you drink excess alcohol. And don't just drink water. Gatorade or for less sugar G2 is good to keep your electrolytes in balance. ![]() Eat something. You need nutrition. I plan on taking a box of meal replacement packs so I can keep some on me. Then just mix with water and drink down. Protein bar and a piece of fruit is good. So are nuts as brkstr stated. You need energy so keep your body fueled! ![]() Finally whatever you do, do it in moderation. And be careful mixing things to keep you going. You are going to push yourself it is WMC! But at the same time you have to P-A-C-E yourself as well.
