Tobacco Road, open since the early 20th century, is one of Miami's oldest liquor-serving establishments. Withstanding the sea changes of " Prohibition, The Great Depression, Deadly Hurricanes, Disco, Cocaine Cowboys, South Beach and Hip Hop", Tobacco Road has been a perennial favorite to locals and tourists alike. Presenting live bands every night from the local to the legendary, the venue has played host to such legends as Buddy Guy, John Lee Hooker, Bob Dylan, and many others too numerous to mention here. In addition to the excellent selection of live music, Tobacco Road has a menu of no-nonsense definitely-not-healthy fare including prime rib, nachos, filet mignon, and some of the best strip steak in town.
